Documents required when submitting your enrolment application:

  • Completed enrolment form
  • Proof of Student’s residential address
  • Birth Certificate or Identity documents
  • Copies of Family law or any other relevant court orders
  • Immunisation history statement
  • Baptismal certificate and other Sacramental documents (if applicable)
  • Two most recent Reports from previous school/s
  • Confirmation of medical needs: doctor/specialist reports/medical plans
  • If your child is not a permanent resident, you will need to provide
    • Passport or Travel Documents
    • Current Visa
  • A copy of your child’s most recent NAPLAN test or any other standardised tests (Years 3, 5, 7, and 9)
  • Working with Children’s Check

All enrolment applications/offers are subject to the Principal’s discretion.
